Level 9 Refurbishment Works

The project involves the comprehensive replacement of waterproofing materials on the Levle 9 Rooftop.

 

This essential maintenance is required to prevent water ingress into private and common areas on other floors.

Scope of Work:

1. Site Preparation: Clearing and securing the work area to ensure safety and accessibility for contractors.

2. Removal of Existing Waterproofing: Thorough removal of old waterproofing materials, including inspection for any underlying damage or deterioration.

3. Surface Preparation: Cleaning and preparing the roof surface to ensure proper adhesion of new waterproofing materials.

4. Application of New Waterproofing System: Applying high-quality waterproofing membranes or coatings designed to withstand weathering, UV exposure, and temperature fluctuations.

5. Sealing and Finishing: Ensuring all joints, edges, and penetrations are properly sealed to prevent any potential water leakage.

6. Quality Assurance: Conducting inspections throughout the project to verify compliance with specifications and industry standards.

7. Safety Measures: Implementing safety protocols to protect both workers and residents during the project duration.

 

Timeline:

The project is scheduled to commence on 23rd of July and is expected to be completed by 6th of September. Timelines may be subject to weather conditions and unforeseen challenges.
