GYMNASIUM
WELLNESS CENTRE | LEVEL 3
The gymnasium is located on Level 3 and is fully equipped with a range of traditional gym equipment. In 2024, our Fitness Studio was thoughtfully refurbished, introducing a new selection of weight machines and free weights to support a wider range of training styles.
The treadmills and bikes feature immersive, programmable screens that let you train through a variety of virtual landscapes — from energetic climbs through the Italian mountains to a calm, scenic ride through the desert.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday to Sunday - 5.00am – 11.30pm
Please read the gym rules and abide by them; they are located on the wall to the left of the gym, near the rower. Always wipe down your machine and weights after use and do not drop weights under any circumstances. Repeatedly ignoring this request will result in suspension of access to the gym and adjoining amenities.
