Façade window cleaning is scheduled three times each year to maintain the building’s presentation and ensure the exterior windows are kept to a high standard.

In addition, balustrade cleaning is completed twice each year.

Where required, additional window buffing may also be carried out to remove build-up and maintain clarity.

​

Residents will be notified approximately two weeks in advance via lift notices and building notice boards prior to each service.

​

Please note that balcony doors are not included in the external window cleaning service, and the inside face of balustrades is not included in the balustrade cleaning program.
