To help you enjoy your beautiful view, façade cleaning is carried out three times a year. This helps to maintain the building’s presentation and ensure the exterior windows and baulstrades are maintained to a high standard.

Inaccessible windows are cleaned three times a year.

The external face of the balustrades of the balustrades is cleaned twice a year.

Where required, additional window buffing may also be carried out to remove build-up and maintain clarity.  If you believe this is required, please contact Building Management.

Residents will be notified approximately two weeks in advance via lift notices and building notice boards before each service. Keep an eye out so you can be prepared for the window cleaners appearing outside your home.

NOTE: Balcony doors, windows accessible from balconies and the internal face of balustrades are not included in the external window cleaning service.
