APARTMENT UTILITIES
Below are the important services that you would need to get your apartment setup.
With the exception of your gas supply (which is included in your Owners Corporation fees), services are setup with private accounts for each lot. Any issues with service connection or delivery of services should first be addressed with the service provider before contacting Building Management.
Electricity
Origin Energy Pty Ltd.
Electricity is supplied through an Embedded Supply Network operated by Origin Energy.

Note: Embedded networks will not usually have an NMI (National Meter Identifier) Number. You will need to provide your address so Origin can find their interal meter number for your apartment.
Gas
Origin Energy Pty Ltd.
Gas is not individually metered per apartment and supply is included as part of each lot's Owners Corporation levies.
Hot Water
Origin Energy Pty Ltd.
ILK has a central hot water system which supplies apartments with hot water. Supply is through Origin Energy.

Internet
Gigacomm, TPG FTTB or NBN
Internet can be setup using whichever provider best suits your personal requirements. Gigacomm and TPG have their own dedicted high speed connections to the building which provide additional options not avilable through NBN providers. Traditional In NBN based services are also avialble from and NBN reseller.
Note: You are NOT required to use Origin for your internet service. It is reccomended to review options from multiple providers and select whichever fits your requirements.
Water
South East Water
Water to the building is provided by South East Water.
