LEVEL 9
The Level 9 Rooftop Terrace is a beautiful outdoor space accessible to residents from both towers.
Refurbished in 2025, it now offers two BBQs, making it even more convenient for people to enjoy time on The Terrace. There are two grass areas to relax in with two sun beds, and five seating areas.
The rooftop herb garden has been planted with thyme, rosemary, chives, flat-leaf parsley, basil and sage. The herbs are free for you to use when BBQing, or you're welcome to take them back to your apartment to use in your favourite dish.
Residents must ensure they read and understand all signs related to the Building Amenities and are reminded that the Amenities are for the enjoyment of all residents, so please respect other residents' rights to enjoy these areas too.
The Rooftop Terrace is not available for bookings.

BBQ
Gather & Grill
Two electric BBQs are available for residents to enjoy, providing a convenient option for relaxed outdoor cooking and entertaining. Designed for easy use within shared spaces, they offer a simple way to host guests and enjoy meals in the
open air.
Residents are required to clean the BBQ and surrounding area after use, and to follow all Amenity Rules to ensure the space remains welcoming for everyone.
Garden to Table
The garden features three generous planters with Chives, Rosemary, Thyme, Italian Parsley, Basil, and Sage — and they are free for you to respectfully use. Perfect for enhancing a home-cooked meal or adding something special to your next BBQ.

Overhead heaters are provided to keep the outdoor areas comfortable throughout the cooler months, allowing residents to enjoy The Terrace and shared spaces year-round.
