DELIVERIES

ILK offers a service to receive deliveries to help store them securely until they can be collected.  Please read below for further information about how the delivery system operates.

Receiving Deliveries

WHAT CAN BE ACCEPTED:

​

In order for a delivery to be received by Building Management, it must meet the following criteria:​

​

  • Not larger than 40cm in width, height and depth.

  • Not greater than 10kg in weight.

  • No perishable items e.g. Food deliveries.

  • No ice packs or items that must be temperature controlled.

​

Deliveries that do not meet the above will not be accepted as they present a health and safety risk.  The delivery driver will be directed to take the item away with them. ​​

IMPORTANT:

​

  • If you do not want your delivery to be left with Building Management, ensure you do not provide authority to leave, and require the recipient's signature, not any signature.

  • Any food deliveries left on common property will be disposed of if not collected within 2 hours.

  • Any large items left on common property will be removed, and any associated costs will be passed on to the lot responsible for the delivery.

Collecting Deliveries

MAIL ROOM COLLECTION:

​

  • The Mail Room is accessed from Garden Walk.  The entrance is to the right of the Manager's Office.

  • Collection times are 6PM - 7PM Tuesday to Saturday.  Packages are not available for collection outside these times.

  • You will need to sign for the package on collection.

  • You may be asked for ID to confirm you are the intended recipient of the package.

  • If someone else will collect the package, the recipient must provide written authorisation via email to Building Management.

  • Deliveries not collected within 90 days will be donated or disposed of.

  • Items addressed to people who do not legally reside in the building will be rejected and/or disposed of.​

SELF SERVE COLLECTION:

​

  • Currently available for Australia Post deliveries only

  • You can register for self serve collection of Australia Post deliveries.  To register click here.

  • Once the registration is approved, access will be granted to the Delivery Room in the North Tower foyer.

  • Australia Post deliveries for registered apartments will remain in the Delivery Room until collected, or a maximum of 30 days, when they will be moved to the Mail Room.​
