DELIVERIES
Australia Post typically deliver twice daily Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday in December. Delivery times for other couriers vary.
Mail and small items will be placed in your mailbox, larger items will be taken to the mail room.
Parcel Deliveries:
The mail room can accept deliveries that meet the following criteria:

No larger than 40 CM wide, long or high. Larger items cannot be accepted and will be refused.

No heavier than 10 kg. Heavier items can not be accepted and will be refused.

Perishable items such as food deliveries will be disposed of if they are not collected within 24 hours of being received.

Any item not collected form the mail room within 30 days will be returned where possible.

Items not collected within in 90 days the delivery will be disposed of.

Items addressed to people who do not legally reside in the building may be rejected and/or disposed of.
IMPORTANT: For any urgent or sensitive deliveries that require special arrangements, please advise the Building Manager before they arrive.
Collecting your delivery:

The mail room is accessed from Garden Walk. The entrance is to the right of the Manager's Office.

Collection times are 6PM - 7PM Tuesday to Saturday. Packages will not be avaialble for collection outside these times.

You will need to sign out the package from the mail room on collection.

You may be asked for ID to confirm you are the intended recipient of the package.

If someone else will collect the package please email Building Management to make arrangements.
