Located on Level 3 of the South Tower, The Retreat offers a calm, restorative space designed for both fitness and relaxation, and is openevery day from 5:00 am – 11:30 pm
The fully equipped gym is perfect for getting in your daily workout. Why not jump in the two-lane lap pool, which is ideal for fitness or to simply unwind at your own pace.
The Retreat also hosts a traditional sauna and a newly refurbished steam room finished with elegant Italian tiling throughout, the perfect way to complete any workout or enjoy a quiet reset.
To ensure all residents can enjoy these facilities comfortably and safely, please review and follow the Amenity Rules at all times.

Designed to support a wide range of training styles, the gym offers a curated mix of cardio equipment, strength-training machines, and open floor space for stretching, mobility, and
functional workouts.
To maintain a comfortable environment for all residents and to protect the equipment, are asked to handle weights with care and not drop weights at any time.

Whether swimming for fitness or simply enjoying the water, the space offers a quiet, comfortable environment for residents to unwind and recharge.
SAUNA
A dry-heat for deep relaxation.
The sauna offers a warm, tranquil retreat within the wellness precinct. Ideal for unwinding after a workout or simply enjoying a quiet moment of calm. With its classic dry-heat environment and refined finish, it provides a restorative space for residents to relax, reset, and enjoy a sense of everyday luxury.
