THE RETREAT
Located on Level 3 of the South Tower, The Rretreat offers a calm, restorative space designed for both fitness and relaxation. The retreat is open Monday to Sunday - 5.00am – 11.30pm
The two-lane lap pool is ideal for a focused workout, or simply unwinding at your own pace.
Adjacent to the pool is a newly refurbished steam room, finished with elegant Italian tiling, the perfect way to complete any workout or enjoy a quiet reset. Next door, the traditional sauna is a resident favourite, offering a warm, tranquil space to relax after time in the pool.
To ensure all residents can enjoy these facilities comfortably and safely, please review and follow the Amenity Rules at all times.
Your space to train, reset, and recharge
Designed to support a wide range of training styles, the gym offers a curated mix of cardio equipment, strength-training machines, and open floor space for stretching, mobility, and functional workouts.
To maintain a comfortable environment for all residents and protect the equipment, residents are asked to handle weights with care and not drop weights at any time.

Whether swimming for fitness or simply enjoying the water, the space offers a quiet, comfortable environment for residents to unwind and recharge.
SAUNA
A dry-heat for deep relaxation.
The sauna offers a warm, tranquil retreat within the wellness precinct. Ideal for unwinding after a workout or simply enjoying a quiet moment of calm. With its classic dry-heat environment and refined finish, it provides a restorative space for residents to relax, reset, and enjoy a sense of everyday luxury.
