ILK provides residents with 24/7 security services through Secure Fox. They can be contacted to assist with a wide range of issues such as:

• Noise complaints.

• Inappropriate behaviour e.g. smoking on common area.

• Access to your floor if you are locked out (will require proof of residence).

• Tresspassers or unusual behaviour you notice.

• Urgent building issues after hours such as a leak on common property.

 

Security can be contacted by calling 1300 911 369 or by pressing "Security" on one of the intercoms at the builing entrances.

 

In case of emergency such as fire, injury or life threatening sitaution call 000 immediately.

The Building Manager and Night Managers are available to assist with issues such as noise, unruly behaviour during during their regular hours.
