ILK provides residents with 24/7 security services through Secure Fox.

 

Security can be contacted by calling 1300 911 369 or by pressing "Security" on one of the intercoms at the building entrances and Building Management Office.

They can be contacted to assist with a wide range of issues such as:

• After hours noise disturbances within the building.

• Inappropriate behaviour e.g. smoking in common areas.

• Suspicious behaviour e.g. a potential trespasser.

• Urgent building issues after hours, such as a leak on common property.

• Access to your floor if you are locked out (will require proof of residence)

 

In case of an emergency such as fire, injury or life threatening situations, call 000 immediately.​
