MAKING A BOOKING

​

• All bookings are required to be booked and paid for using the website.

• The lounge and dining can be booked in two sessions 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm to 11:30 pm on any day excluding Public Holidays.

• Ensure you read and understand the rules for use prior to booking and prior to using the amenity.

• The person who booked the space is responsible for the behaviour of all guests and any costs incurred as a result of the function will be on-charged to the Lot who made the booking.  This includes missing or damaged items.

• A booking fee of $150.00 inc. GST applies per booking slot.

  • The fee is to cover cleaning costs associated with the use of the area.

  • The fee is nonrefundable unless the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before the booking time.

  • The processing fee will be deducted from any refunds.

• Ensure your booking is confirmed with the on-site Building Manager prior to making any arrangements.

• The booking does not include any areas outside the Lounge and Dining.

FAIR USE​​

​

• You cannot book both sessions on the same day or in conjunction with a Cinema booking.

• Each Lot is entitled to one booking per quarter.

• Booking must be made a minimum of seven days in advance.

• Bookings can be made a maximum of 45 days in advance.
