Residents who own or use a car stacker are required to attend a mandatory orientation. Once you complete the induction, you can use the car stacker.

Stacker Issues

To address a problem with a car stacker, there can be different situations, such as:

Scenario 1

You are trying to use a car stacker, and it malfunctions. If it does not represent a risk for other vehicles and it doesn’t affect the operation of the driveway. For example. you want to put the car stacker down, but it doesn’t move.

Tenant

If you are a tenant You need to contact your property manager, so they can contact Bluestone and report the problem.

Owner

If you are an owner, contact Bluestone directly to report the problem and request next steps

​

Scenario 2

The car stacker presents a malfunction, and it represents a risk for other vehicles and the operation of the driveway. 

Such as you put the car stacker down but cannot put it back up because it stops working.

Tenant

In this case, as it is an emergency, the tenant can directly contact ASK Building Solutions, so they send someone to fix the stacker as soon as possible. At the same time, they need to contact their property managers, so the property manager reports to Bluestone what happened with the stacker.

Owner

In this case, as it is an emergency, you can contact directly ASK Building Solutions, so they send someone to fix the stacker as soon as possible. At the same time, you must contact Bluestone to report what happened with the stacker and request next steps.
