2.What are the parcel pick up times?

3. How do I book the cinema or lounge/dining?
Request a booking through the booking page. Bookings
4. How do I order a new key or fob?
If you are a Tennent contact your agent. If you are an owner, you can order it via the Bluestone site
5. How do I rent or rent out a car park space?
Put up a notice in the car park notice boards by emailing your request to the Building Manager. It will be up for 2 weeks
6. How do I deal with noise or other disturbances?
Go to the Stonnington Council website to read information about noise restrictions. If your concern about unruly behaviour immediately contact the building or night manager. If the situation is serious or urgent dial 000 for police, ambulance or fire. ILK is a no smoking building. Do not throw anything over your balcony.
7. Do you have guest or tradie parking?
No. But you can contact the Building Manager to see if you can book the loading bay (for trades only) there is strictly no visitor parking.
