ILK Mail Room
Deliveries:
The mail room can accept deliveries that meet the below criteria:

Delivered between 8AM and 4PM Monday to Friday

No larger than 40 CM wide, long or high. Larger items cannot be accepted and will be refused.

​No heavier than 10 kg. Heavier items connect be accepted and will be refused.

Perishable will be disposed of if they are no collected within 24 hours of being recevied.

Any item not collected form the mail room within 30 days will be disposed of.

Items addressed to people who do not legally reside in the buidling may be rejected.
IMPORTANT: For any urgent or sensitive deliveries that require special arrangments, please advise the Building Manager before they arrive by emailing manager@ilk.net.au.

Collecting your delivery:

The mail room is accessed from the main entance path. The entrance is to the right of the Manager's Office.

Collection times are 6PM - 7PM Tuesday to Satruday. Packages will not be avaialble for collection outside these times.

Please ensure you have ID available to confirm you are the intended recipient of the package.

You will need to sign out the package from the mail room on collection.

If someone else will collect the package please email manager@ilk.net.au to confirm the details.
