ILK Mail Room

Deliveries:
The mail room can accept deliveries that meet the below criteria:
  • Delivered between 8AM and 4PM Monday to Friday

  • No larger than 40 CM wide, long or high.  Larger items cannot be accepted and will be refused.

  • ​No heavier than 10 kg.  Heavier items connect be accepted and will be refused.

  • Perishable will be disposed of if they are no collected within 24 hours of being recevied.

  • Any item not collected form the mail room within 30 days will be disposed of.

  • Items addressed to people who do not legally reside in the buidling may be rejected.

 

IMPORTANT: For any urgent or sensitive deliveries that require special arrangments, please advise the Building Manager before they arrive by emailing manager@ilk.net.au.

Collecting your delivery:
  • The mail room is accessed from the main entance path.  The entrance is to the right of the Manager's Office.

  • Collection times are 6PM - 7PM Tuesday to Satruday.  Packages will not be avaialble for collection outside these times.

  • Please ensure you have ID available to confirm you are the intended recipient of the package.

  • You will need to sign out the package from the mail room on collection.

  • If someone else will collect the package please email manager@ilk.net.au to confirm the details.
