Trades Parking/Loading bay

If you have a trades person arriving to perform work on your apartment you can book the loading bay. There is no fee for this. If the loading bay is already booked speak to the Building Manager.Contact the Building Manager on 0499 400 620 to confirm you booking

They can only use the Loading bay if they meed the size conditions.

• If their truck is less than three metres tall you may book the loading bay.

• If their truck is taller than three metres, it cannot access the loading bay and will need to park on the street.

• All bookings take place Monday to Friday only and must be completed within the booking period. You may choose one four-hour time slot:

  • 8:00am to 12:00pm 

  • 12:00pm to 4:00pm

• They cannot park in the area right outside the exit car park gate. If you park in that area, you will block the access to the car park spots of the building next door, and your vehicle can be towed.

• Repair costs resulting from damage done to the building will be charged to the lot owner.

• Please contact the building manager on 0499 400 620 once you finish.
