At ILK, we understand that it may not be possible to stay at home for parcel collection. We have therefore created a process to allow the building manager to collect your parcels and keep them safe until after working hours.
The mail room is accessed from the main entrance path on Garden Walk, to the left of the South Tower lobby. The entrance is to the right of the Manager's Office.
Deliveries:
The mail room can accept deliveries that meet the following criteria:

Delivered between 8AM and 4PM Monday to Friday

No larger than 40cm wide, long or high. Larger items cannot be accepted and will be refused.

​No heavier than 10 kg. Heavier items cannot be accepted and will be refused.

Perishable items will be disposed of if they are not collected within 24 hours of being received.

Any item not collected from the mail room within 30 days will be disposed of.

Items addressed to people who do not legally reside in the building may be rejected.

Collecting your delivery:

Collection times are 6PM - 7PM Tuesday to Saturday.

Packages will not be available for collection outside these times.

Please ensure you have ID available to confirm you are the intended recipient of the package.

You will need to sign out the package from the mail room on collection.

If someone else intends to collect the package please email manager@ilk.net.au to advise of their details.
IMPORTANT: For any urgent or sensitive deliveries that require special arrangements, please advise the Building Manager before they arrive by emailing manager@ilk.net.au.
