Gym

In 2024 we refurbished our gym introducing weight machines and free weights. The bike and treadmill will transport you to several locations’ thanks to their programable screens…looking for a high-speed race in the Italian mountains? or perhaps a gentle scenic route in the desert.

Please read the gym rules and abide by them, they are located on the wall to the left of the gym, near the rower. Always wipe down your machine or weights after use.

Do not drop weights under any circumstances either hand weights or machine weights. Repeatedly ignoring this request will result in you being banned from Level 3.
